ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days 
within Germany. International orders take 
5–10 business days depending on location.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship from Berlin to every country.
All orders are fully tracked.

Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on all orders 
over €150. Orders under €150 incur a 
flat shipping fee of €9.90.

Are duties and taxes included?
All prices include German VAT (19%).
International customers outside the EU 
may be subject to import duties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of 
delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, 
and in original packaging with all tags.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@larobeatelier.com with 
your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return label.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Email us and we will arrange an 
exchange for a different size or style.

PRODUCTS

How do I care for my La Robe Atelier piece?
Each garment includes care instructions 
on the label. We recommend dry cleaning 
for structured pieces and cold hand wash 
for softer fabrics.

Are your pieces true to size?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to fit true 
to size. Please consult our Size Guide 
for exact measurements.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, 
Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are SSL encrypted 
and fully secure.
