FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders to available destinations.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are prepared and dispatched from Berlin within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Germany, European Union and International: 7–14 business days

Please note that processing time is not included in the delivery estimate. The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 9–17 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. The applicable price and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
